CPMS project management keeps Great Eastern renewal on track

Following a sustained period of underachievement, CPMS has successfully recovered this project without delaying a single passenger or freight train.
CPMS took a strategically different approach when compared to the organisations previously delivering the project. This involved the adoption of a holistic planning process through the integration of design, possession management and installation stages. CPMS also re-focused the delivery incentives for sub-suppliers towards major completion milestones, as opposed to short-term delivery goals. Making these changes was instrumental in embedding a safe and high performing delivery culture.
